Made from the rare sticky "cat foot kelp" from Eastern Hokkaido, kelp, soy sauce, and sake are main ingredients. It is great taste with a mellow and deep taste.  No chemical seasoning is used.
 Can be used for various dishes such as on  rice, rice balls, ochazuke, rice porridge, and pasta.
