Okayama, in south-west Japan, is known as the birthplace of these delicious white peaches. They are extremely juicy and sweet, and have an elegant aroma. 

It is combined with Japanese traditional sponge cake "castella" and made White Peach Castella. Made with puree of "Shimizu", the most famous and expensive white peach variety, and a sweet wine made from fresh white peaches by a local sake brewery. it has a sweet, refreshing flavor, moist and soft texture.
