Jozen Blue Junmai Daiginjo 15.5% 300ml

This quality rice sake, made in Uonuma City in Niigata, is a pure sake made of nothing but 100% Japan-grown rice. Jozen Blue Extremely well made sake. On first impression is very floral with notes of cantaloupe and nectarine. Palate reveals much more depth such as pomegranate, vanilla and buttery corn ending with a perfect balance of acidity.
