An authentic version of one of our favorite street foods: Taiyaki!

Taiyaki is a fish-shaped pastry, usually filled with a red bean (anko) or custard filling. They’re usually served hot and fresh from the stall, but we think this mini version is a pretty good equivalent! The smooth anko filling is sweet, but is balanced well by the cake-like outside (converting even red bean skeptics, we hope!).

Το Taiyaki είναι ένα γλυκό σε σχήμα ψαριού, που συνήθως γεμίζεται με κόκκινο φασόλι (anko) ή με κρέμα. Συνήθως σερβίρονται ζεστά και φρέσκα από τον πάγκο, αλλά πιστεύουμε ότι αυτή η μίνι έκδοση είναι μια αρκετά καλή αντιστοίχιση!
