Unagi sauce 250g Daisho

Daisho Unagi (Eel) Sauce is like no other. it is a kombu dashi-based sauce with sake and mirin to complement its already delicious flavour. Daisho brand’s Unagi (Eel) sauce for the preparation of Japanese Kabayaki style seafood cooking. Unagi is the Japanese term for eel fish. Unagi fish is cooked well and combined with tare sauce (dipping sauce) to make Unagi sauce.
