Ingredients 2 persons
2slices pork loin, about 450 g/1 lb.
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Flour as needed
Panko bread crumbs as needed
Oil for deep frying
1 Cut off stringy parts of pork.
2 Sprinkle both sides of pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. Rub it a little bit. Keep pork in refrigerator for 10 min.
3 Preheat oil to 175C(350F). Dredge the pork in flour.
4 Dip pork into the beaten egg.
5 Dredge the pork in the bread crumbs.
6 Deep-fry the pork in the oil preheated to 175C(350F). When the pork turns light brown, take out it from oil.
7 Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
